Shipping Information
Shipping for individual device orders within the USA is included in the purchase price. Shipping rates are subject to change, and current pricing can be viewed in the Voyomotive shopping cart. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless a different option is selected at checkout.
Return Policy
Voyomotive LLC offers the following return policies:
VOYO Bluetooth devices: 45-day full refund.
VOYO LTE devices: 45-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee based on purchase price of hardware and prepaid network fees.
VOYO Flex Plan purchases: Devices to be returned upon cancellation of the plan subscription as described in the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for returning the VOYO in original boxes/packaging.
Please email Support@voyomotive.com to receive a return shipping label. The company also offers a 12-month warranty to replace any Voyomotive hardware that has been deemed to be defective by our technical support staff.
