VOYO Subscription - Terms and Conditions
This document describes the Terms and Conditions for Customers, defined as parties acquiring and/or reselling (Resellers), VOYO devices and related services for the VOYO Flex Plan and annual cellular subscriptions.
- Billing Method
Initial payment is charged at the time devices are ordered. Following on payments are charged monthly or annually using the date that the devices were received by the ordering party.
- Account and Subscription Management
Your account and device subscriptions can be managed from the Settings screen when logged into your VOYOLink account.
- Cancelling Device Subscriptions
From the Device Manager screen, you can cancel individual subscriptions based on the device serial number or cancel subscriptions for all devices.
- Go to: Settings => Device Manager
- Select “Do Not Renew” to cancel a subscription for a specific device. (You may optionally use the “Cancel All” feature in the right hand corner)
- For Flex Plan device returns, an RMA document will be sent to the email on file for your account.
- Flex Plan Device Return Requirement upon Subscription Cancellation
Flex Plan Customers agree to return devices to Voyomotive within 30 days of subscription cancellation.
- Customers are responsible to pay and arrange shipment for devices back to Voyomotive. It is recommended you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
- Include a copy of the RMA document in your shipment to ensure your account is properly credited with a device return.

- Flex Plan device returns
- Returned devices must be undamaged and in working order.
- Whether Flex Plan subscriptions are cancelled by Customer or from Customer Termination, Customer will be charged a $75/device fee for damaged devices or devices that have not been returned within 30 days of Customer cancelling a subscription or 30 days after Termination Period has expired.
- Voyomotive will notify a Customer within 30 days of the device return date of a charge for damaged or non-returned devices.
- Parties acting as Resellers
- Resellers are authorized to market and sell VOYO devices exclusively to their direct customers. Selling to third-party retailers or other distributors is strictly prohibited.
- Customers that are not designated as Resellers are prohibited from reselling devices. Voyomotive has no obligation to provide customer support or subscription services for such resold devices.
- VOYO devices may only be sold/distributed in the United States and Canada.
- Reseller Termination
- Voyomotive reserves the right to terminate a Reseller's status by providing a 30-day notice period ("Termination Period") via email or registered letter.
- In the event of termination Reseller status, Voyomotive may require the Customer to return all Flex Plan VOYO devices within 30 days after the Termination Period. Failure to return the devices will incur a fee of $75 per device. Annual cellular subscriptions will be supported to the end of their respective term.
- Customer termination due to violation of this Agreement, the Voyomotive Terms of Use or the Voyomotive Privacy Agreement may result in immediate cancellation of cellular subscriptions and Voyomotive Cloud services without a refund for hardware or prepaid subscription services. Customers who have their accounts terminated under this provision are required to return Flex Plan devices as described in Sections 4 and 5 of this Agreement.
- Device Warranty
- Devices ordered under the VOYO Flex Plan are covered under the Voyomotive Warranty. Non-operational devices may be exchanged for a new device.
- Non Flex Plan/purchased VOYO devices are covered under the Company’s warranty policy as described at the following link:
https://www.voyomotive.com/legal/shipping-returns/ - To exchange your device under a warranty replacement, email Support@Voyomotive.com. Voyomotive will provide an RMA number by email.
- Non operational devices due to damage by the Reseller or Customer are not covered under the Voyomotive Warranty.
- Flex Plan – Additional Orders and Billing Cycle
A separate sales order will be created for follow on Flex Plan orders. A consolidated charge will be made after two billing cycles.
- Flex Plan – Final payment
- Devices must be cancelled and returned to Voyomotive prior to the next billing date.
- Billing is for a complete billing cycle. Cancelling in advance of billing date does not provide a refund for a partial month credit.
- Devices received after that final billing date will be billed at the following full month rate.
- Additional Terms
The VOYO Flex Plan is governed by the Voyomotive Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
