What are Voyo lookout alerts?

Lookout Alerts are sent when a car is left in a hazardous condition, driven unsafely or experiences a malfunction. Information in an alert includes the time and map location of the event. Depending on the nature of the alert, additional information is included such as vehicle speed, accelerator/brake pedal position, how long an event lasted and even which doors were opened.

You can select who receives alerts within the settings of the VOYO App. Lookout is a great safety feature for people who share their cars, families or businesses with fleet vehicles.

How does the Engine On alert work?

Your VOYO App will send an Engine On Alert to the VOYO Cloud when it detects that the Bluetooth Low Energy connection was disconnected with the engine running. Typically the connection is broken after the user moves 20 feet from the vehicle. The VOYO App must be connected to the VOYO controller to receive Engine On or other Lookout Alerts in real time.
