VOYO – Driving. Perfected.

To delete your VOYO user account:

1. Log in to the VOYO App

2. Press the gear icon in the top right corner

3. Press “Account Settings”

4. Press “Delete Account”

5. Press “Okay” on the popup warning

Note:  Deleting your VOYO user account will delete all the information associated with your account including trip and alert data. You will not be able to undo this action.

To delete your VOYO trip and/or alert data:

1. Log in to the VOYO App

2. Press the gear icon in the top right corner

3. Press “Data and Privacy”

4. Press “Delete trip history” and/or “Delete alert history”

5. Press “Okay” on the popup warning

Note:  Deleting your VOYO trip and/or alert history will delete all data. You will not be able to undo this action.
